Web Service is the most popular provisioning mode for common services, with web page, local client, web service, and cloud service being the most popular. And as of right now, UDDI is still used for access and discovery for the vast majority of Web services provided by all service providers.Users frequently get services they cant call. This article presents a novel method for finding and accessing Web Services using Search Engine and Semantic Web technology. Semantic web technology provides matching and scoring capabilities based on semantic information. Search result lists are presented in descending order of score. Web service discovery improves recall and precision, making it useful for engineering.
